JOB SUMMARY:

The Salesforce Admin – Data Analyst will report to the VP of Programs.  This position will provide support to the organization to capitalize on the full benefits of program data collected across departments and platforms, including the Salesforce system.  This position will maintain and develop reports on program data for senior leadership and the development department.  This position will manage the Salesforce database and reporting, provide training and support to users, and administrative support to our programs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Collect, maintain, and report on program data across all JVS SoCal departments.  

Manage Salesforce System and Create Reports

  • Manage all processes that impact / relate to Salesforce.com.
  • Create and maintain fields, views, reports, and dashboards.
  • Generate reports and respond to requests for information from the Development Department and C-suite, as needed.
  • Provide support to end users of Salesforce.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users.
  • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce and provide detailed information on how changes will impact departments/users.

Maintain Salesforce System, Security and Integrity

  • Reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes.
  • Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses.
  • Maintain security including sharing rules.
  • Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies.
  • Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed.

Salesforce Data Quality, Migration and Maintenance

    • Monitor and improve data quality.
    • Ensure data integrity which includes ensuring timely and complete data entry related to performance measures.

Qualifications and Position Requirements:

  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests,
  • Demonstrated ability to community effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail oriented and self‐starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree with 1 year experience performing similar tasks.
  • Experience with Salesforce, preferred

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions 

  • Will work in an office environment with travel to employer, funder and client work sites.
